10:00 a.m.-We start at the Plaza de Armas, historic center of the city, where the capture and death of the Inca Atahualpa took place, then we will observe the facades of the Cathedral, San Francisco and Belen Temples; then we will visit the colonial hospitals for men and women; the Museums: Archaeological with evidence of the Cajamarca Culture and Ethnographic with the customs, traditions and folklore of the people of Cajamarca to finally climb to the Santa Apolonia hill, natural viewpoint and know the traditional Inca's Chairs.

WINDOWS OF OTUZCO:
3:30 PM.We will visit the Ventanillas de Otuzco (Cemetery of the Cajamarca Culture), then we will go to a botanical Garden for the variety of ornamental, fruit and medicinal plants, Hydrangea Garden, we will also locate the sale of different handicraft products to take as a souvenir of Cajamarca in ceramics, Then we will go to Tres Molinos, one of the haciendas affected by the Agrarian Reform and finally we will arrive at the Ex hacienda Tres Molinos, to know the processing of dairy products and the tasting of them.
Overnight in Cajamarca.
CUMBE MAY
9:30 am. In this ecological - archaeological circuit we will visit Bellavista (natural viewpoint), also we will pass by Layzon, archaeological zone covered of the formative period Cajamarca, then we will arrive to the Forest of rocks or the Fraylones, where we will observe natural and capricious formations that have adapted the rocks by the erosion, The Sanctuary, caves or shelters, The Stone of the Sacrifice, Ceremonial altars, Petroglyphs (writing in stone) and finally we will arrive at the best work of pre-Inca hydraulic engineering impressive and wonderful, to move the water from the Pacific slope to the Atlantic slope, the Canal made in living rock 3,000 years old, where they demonstrated nustros ancient inhabitants of the knowledge in hydraulic engineering.
Lunch in the City
COLLPA
3:30 pm. In this traditional circuit we will visit the Ex Hacienda La Collpa, one of the haciendas affected with the Agrarian Reform Law, there we will know its Artificial Lagoon, the Hacienda House with its colonial style, the Chapel of the Virgen del Carmen, its adobe construction, According to the GUINES record, it is the highest adobe construction in the world for its 26 meters high. We will also go to the Central Stable to observe the traditional call of Cows, place where each cow will enter its guillotine with its name after being called and finally we will have a Dairy tasting, such as blancmange and cheeses.
Overnight in Cajamarca
PORCON OR NAMORA
PORCON: 8:30 pm. Ecological-vivenvial circuit, first we will visit Huambocancha, populated center where we will locate the artisans that work the stone, from the pre-Inca times, then we will arrive to Granja Porcon, the only cooperative that if gave result to the law of the Agrarian Reform, to observe the biggest artificial Forest of Pines of Peru, then we will know its workshops of men and women, also a Zoo: where we will find different animals from the different regions of Peru such as Otorongos, Pumas, Spectacled Bears, Buffaloes, Lions, monkeys, herds of alpacas, vicuñas, llamas and much more.
NAMORA: 9:30 AM. In this circuit we will enjoy the Alameda de los 14 Incas located in the Capac-ñan Complex, where we will also locate one of the largest coliseums in Peru, Coliseo Gran Capacñan, then we go to the lithic zoo area Los Sapitos, to observe whimsical formations that have adapted the rocks by erosion, Arriving at the town of Namora we will enter one of the best workshops of stringed instruments, especially observing the guitars of the carnival to finally reach the largest natural lagoon in the region, where we will observe flora and fauna of the area, the San Nicolas lagoon.
Return to Trujillo
