WHAT IS ARCO?

 ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) are the set of rights through which Law No. 29733 - Personal Data Protection Law, guarantees individuals the power to control their personal data.

WHAT IS AN ARCH APPLICATION FOR?

With the ARCO rights you will be able to generate requests regarding:

1. Right of access: It allows you to check Atria's database to see if your personal data is being used and also to request information about the origin of such data and also the communications made with its use.
2. Right of rectification: Allows you to update or complete your missing personal data. You only have to specify which data you want to modify or add in the application and attach a document that validates it.
3. Right of cancellation: It gives you the power to request the deletion of your personal data as long as:

• They are no longer necessary for the origin of the collection.
• The term established in the contract has expired.

Note: The deletion will not proceed when the personal data must be kept for strict reasons of applicable laws or relationship between responsible and holder.

1. Right of opposition: If your personal data is being used for other purposes, you can generate a request to restrict its use.

Note: You must indicate and justify which personal data you wish to restrict its use.

 The User must send his/her duly completed ARCO request by e-mail to derechosarco@trebolviajesperu.com.

with the subject: Rights Arco - “Name of the right you wish to execute”.”
